ESG is an acronym that refers to environmental, social and corporate governance criteria.

Los The CyD social criteria correspond to a group of people-related aspects aimed at promoting a fair and safe working environment, ensuring equal opportunities, fostering diversity in teams, and establishing strong and positive relationships in communities.

CyD’s organizational culture is one of the fundamental pillars of its success, by promoting safety, sustainability, ethics, excellence and respect with its different stakeholders, in line with its purpose.

  • Ruta calle (street route in english)

  • Delivery and reconditioning of computers for schools

  • Manufacture of closets for homes, walkways, libraries, orchards, among others

  • Bread preparation with residents from different homes

  • Infrastructure improvements in schools and residences

  • Meaningful Christmas campaign – toy donations

CyD also maintains a solid alliance with Hogar de Cristo, where to date, more than 1,000 hours have been dedicated to activities in support of the foundation, such as spend time with children and adults, and generating recreational activities for young people and mothers, among others.

Recruitment of local collaborators

CyD prioritizes the hiring of local talents for its projects, which improves the employability of nearby communities and reduces travel time for employees, while maintaining its commitment to increase the percentage of local workers in its projects.

Employee lifecycle

The lifecycle at CyD begins with the search for candidates for vacant positions. Applicants are screened and interviewed, and those selected receive a job offer letter.

Once the applicant signs his or her contract, he or she becomes a CyD collaborator. Throughout their work cycle, they receive monthly remuneration, participate in the corresponding training, educational activities and other events. He/she is also given access to the platforms and all relevant information so that he/she can carry out his/her work effectively.

Internal and external communication

In line with its close editorial line and coherent with its corporate culture, CyD’s Communications Committee is in charge of the development of both, internal and external communications strategy.

Supplier management

CyD suppliers are a fundamental pillar in the development of its services and their proper management is the key to ensure the success of the company, promoting fair, just and transparent competition.

Before establishing a business relationship with a supplier, we evaluate its environmental, social and corporate governance performance, considering aspects such as ethical labor practices, transparency in the supply chain and compliance with environmental regulations.

Working with local suppliers

CyD is committed to the development of local suppliers, with whom we work to improve services and processes. Long-term relationships are established by complying with the stipulated payments.
