Corporate Volunteering is an instance where CyD’s employees participate in instances that allow them to be better people and leave a positive mark on the community. Since 2008, we have been working together with various institutions, carrying out activities aimed at providing support and joy to children, young people and the elderly, among which the following stand out:
Ruta calle (street route in english)
Delivery and reconditioning of computers for schools
Manufacture of closets for homes, walkways, libraries, orchards, among others
Bread preparation with residents from different homes
Infrastructure improvements in schools and residences
Meaningful Christmas campaign – toy donations
Blood donation campaigns

Recruitment of local collaborators
CyD prioritizes the hiring of local talents for its projects, which improves the employability of nearby communities and reduces travel time for employees, while maintaining its commitment to increase the percentage of local workers in its projects.
Employee lifecycle
The lifecycle at CyD begins with the search for candidates for vacant positions. Applicants are screened and interviewed, and those selected receive a job offer letter.
Once the applicant signs his or her contract, he or she becomes a CyD collaborator. Throughout their work cycle, they receive monthly remuneration, participate in the corresponding training, educational activities and other events. He/she is also given access to the platforms and all relevant information so that he/she can carry out his/her work effectively.
