At CyD Ingeniería we work every day to empower ourselves as a socially responsible, supportive and close company. That is why we have the Care Committee, whose mission is to implement and coordinate actions that contribute to overcoming needs or difficult situations that afflict the company’s employees and their families, listening to them, welcoming them and channeling their concerns.
This team is made up of representatives from different managements and to date various initiatives have been implemented, such as personal development workshops, scholarships for employees and their children, solidarity campaigns, among others.
