Enrique Cruz Ugarte, President of CyD Ingeniería, was a panelist in the most recent version of the coffee “Company and Person: Transformation Experiences”, an activity organized by USEC (Social Union of Christian Businessmen, Executives and Entrepreneurs). There he shared how our company, through the Corporate Volunteering and Care Committee, seeks to transform the relationship with employees, their families and the communities in which we are present.
In closing his participation, he made an invitation to adopt an approach focused on the integral growth of organizations, with a special focus on people.
